Our litigation practice includes the representation of clients in civil litigation, construction litigation, personal injury and property damage disputes, as well as numerous other types of claims.

We represents contractors, subcontractors, property owners, engineers and architects in disputes involving breach of contracts, collection actions and filing and enforcement of materialmen and mechanic's liens. Construction litigation takes many forms including claims for additional compensation as a result of delays, improper design, wrongful termination, defective materials, and work that is not performed in a commercially reasonable manner and in accordance with industry standards. We routinely represent clients in negotiating settlements, in mediation and/or arbitration of construction issues, and litigation of construction claims.

Our firm pursues and defends all kinds of business and contract cases, which often include shareholder disputes, contract breaches, fraud, misrepresentation and intentional business torts. Our firm has experience and success in handling claims for wrongful death, personal injury, premises and security related liability, and intentional and negligent torts. Generally, we represent the surviving family members in wrongful death cases and the injured parties in personal injury, premises liability and serious tort cases.
